Operation Instruction
Take operation on high pressure gas well as an example:
Conncet ZAF sprayproof automatic safety valve betweeen two channel gates of the gas well. When gas enters the left channel, the valve ball (6) is pushed back by low pressure, leaves the front valve seat (5), and comes into the right channel. The valve opens and the production begins normally.
When more gas enters, the pressure on the valve ball (6) becomes higher, the controll spring (4) is compressed and has the valve ball (6) to move right. So long as the gas flow that passes the channel is lower than the standard limit, the safety valve keeps open and the gas production goes on normally.
If the pipeline behind the safety valve leaks, the gas flow to pass the channel increases fastly, and surpasses the standard limit, the valve ball pushed by gas pressure will conquer the spring and move into the back valve seat (8). And the safety valve shuts down the pipeline automatically.
Following accident solved, pipeline re-connected and pipeline gate re-opened, the gas pressure recovers, so the valve ball (6) leaves the back valve seat (8) and is resetted by the spring power (7). The production continues again.
If the pipeline ahead of the safety valve leaks, under the pressure the spring (4) will push the valve ball (6) to move ahead left and shut the pipeline automatically.
In particular cases: if the valve ball (6) cannot reset after accident is solved, just shut down the left channel and rotate the pressure reductor (7) to decrease the gas pressure in the left channel. And the valve will open the pipiline.
